We conduction sessions either solo or groups up to 3:1 to cater to the participants requirements.
In the short time our Group has been running they have explored nutrition, budgeting skills, and delicious meals.
From quick and easy snacks to healthy lunches and nutritious Dinners to devastatingly good Desserts.
We encourage our participants to create fun and involving meals, that will set them up for their future budgeting needs. Any day of the week, 1:1 or a group of 3. Life24 has got your back!
